A diverse career spanning 21 years in various roles within the industry including Hilton Hotels, Compass group B&I sites & education, Marks & Spencer’s retail, Reynolds Foodservice, SSP Travel hubs and Greene King pubs. Awards include the Craft guild of chefs development chef of the year 2017, National Burger award winner 2017 (overall) and National pizza award winner 2017 (technical).
