Executive Chef

Simon has been an Executive Chef for The Restaurant Group for more than 15 years and has been with Chiquito for the past three years. His main role is to develop menus, training, menu roll outs, cost control and oversee all new kitchen designs and builds. Brands that have been under his umbrella include Frankie & Benny’s, Coast to Coast, Garfunkel’s, and Filling Station. Simon has developed menus and designed kitchens for all of the above brands. Simon will be in the Executive Centre for the Innovation Challenge Pitches at 11am on Thursday 23rd February.
