Martin joined CDG in 2015 as Group Executive Chef. He has over 25 years experience working with chefs such as Raymond Blanc, Tom Aikens at Pied A Terre, Marco Pierre White at the Oak Room and was Executive Head Chef of the 1 Michelin starred Mirabelle. I’ve also had Stints with Conran & Soho house, run my own pub and more recently worked with Heston Blumenthal for many years developing his range at Waitrose. Martin will be in the Executive Centre for the Innovation Challenge Pitches at 11am on Thursday 23rd February.
