Jay Morjaria is a Chef, Restaurant consultant, Author and founder of Sutra Kitchen, Central London’s first Vegetarian and Vegan cooking school. Jay works with well-known brands and start-ups to advise them how to create innovative dishes and build new restaurant concepts.
